About the Journal

Advances in Nutrition and Health Research (ANHR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published biannually. Our journal aims to present current research and significant developments in the fields of nutrition and health to the scientific community. ANHR is dedicated to expanding knowledge in nutrition and health sciences and promoting innovative research in these areas. Our primary goal is to enhance the quality of scientific research and share this knowledge with researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals worldwide.

We accept research articles, reviews, case reports, and editorial pieces on topics including human nutrition and metabolism, diet and chronic diseases, clinical nutrition and dietetics, public health and nutrition policies, functional foods and bioactive compounds, food safety and sustainability, and nutrition education and communication. All articles published in ANHR undergo rigorous peer review by experts in the field. The publication process follows a double-blind review system, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. The peer review process typically takes 4-6 weeks.

ANHR believes that making research findings freely available to everyone is crucial for the advancement of science. Therefore, all articles published in our journal are provided as open access under the Creative Commons license. Authors retain all rights to their works and are free to share them as they wish.
