Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript management: Encouraging the submission, evaluation, editing, and publication of manuscripts.
Contacting authors, reviewers, and readers about journal news, submission procedures, publishing updates, and review processes is the goal of communication.
Enhancing Journal Services: Main goals are to guarantee the caliber of published content and to make editorial and peer-review procedures run more smoothly.
Personal data won't be shared with outside parties without permission or used for marketing reasons unless mandated by law or necessary to uphold our legal rights.
3. Security of Data
JANHR employs suitable organizational and technical safeguards to guarantee the privacy and security of personal information. This comprises encryption, safe access controls, and routine evaluations of data security procedures. Only authorized workers who need the data to operate the journal are permitted access to personal information.
